PAFA
Description
The Palestinian Amputee Football Association (PAFA) is a non-governmental, non-profit organisation established in 2018 in Palestine. PAFA aims to play a leading role in building an inclusive and sustainable society through the empowerment of persons with disabilities — especially amputees — via sport and community engagement. The organisation focuses in particular on young people and children of both genders, enabling them to become active contributors to sustainable development and social life. Through sport — and especially amputee football — PAFA promotes inclusion, dignity and equal opportunities for marginalised groups.
