The story of Moaz Abu Zahir, aged 25, participant in the ‘Sport for All’ program as part of the amputees’ group at the weekly sports session since the start of 2026, with the Palestine Amputee Football Association (PAFA).
From the crucible of suffering came Moaz Ahmad Abu Zahir, a young man who had his leg amputated at the very start of his life, when he was just six years old. Moaz had one of his legs amputated in 2007 following an accident at the time, and he fought against the odds to prove himself and stand firm in this complex reality.
